Due to lack of talent Barrie failed as a rock star but for the past 21 years he has presented ‘The 70s Album Show’. Firstly on BBC radio and now on Bedford Radio.
He's interviewed many a rock luminary, for example:- Bill Wyman, Alice Cooper, Steve Harley, Ian Gillan, Ian Anderson, David Knopfler, Greg Lake and Peter Frampton.

He also presents 'The Soft Rock Shuffle' on Bedfordshire Health Radio. playing soft rock to ease you into the night's festivities!
