Due to lack of talent Barrie failed as a rock star but for nine years presented ‘The 70s Album Show’ on BBC radio. He now presents the show on Black Cat Radio, Thursday evenings 7-9pm.
He's interviewed many a rock luminary, for example:- Bill Wyman, Alice Cooper, Steve Harley, Ian Gillan, Ian Anderson, David Knopfler, Greg Lake and Peter Frampton.
He also presents 'The Soft Rock Shuffle' on Monday evenings 6-8pm. playing soft rock to ease you into the night's festivities!
